Hello! I'm Sumantha, a former corporate business trainer and consultant, who side-stepped into teaching!
In 2017, I took the leap from employment to being a full-time private tutor, and now, help other education business:
I know what it's like to be brimming with ideas, and not knowing where to start to bring them to life.
And I know the need for someone to hold me accountable, give me structure and be there for those quick questions - that's why I have a coach too!

I want to give you the time and attention you deserve.
So, I only take a limited number of 1:1 clients each month.
If I'm full, we'll decide on a start date and your 12-weeks with me will be secure - I won't offer it to anyone else.

I have flexible options. We’ll discuss them as we work together to make sure you choose the best option for you.

This is about us working successfully and considerately together.
If either of us have scheduled holidays or need unscheduled time off, we’ll do our best to accommodate one another.
However, I want you to get real results - when there are excessive delays, regaining momentum is hard.
Also, so I can dedicate my time fully to my clients, I limit how many I take on each month.
So, I build a leeway of 3 months after our 12 weeks together as an emergency measure, if needed e.g. if you haven’t had all 6 of your calls. After the extra 3 months, our package is finished, and any unused time expires. Please note, this leeway doesn’t include continued free access to The Tutors’ Mastermind.
I don’t take phone calls - if we need a phone call, it is more suitable for a 1:1 session.
WhatsApp access is designed for quick challenges and questions, often to bounce a quick idea around.
So, you can instant message me and send me voice notes.
I’ll get back to you Monday to Friday, within the hours of 10am to 6pm, within 2 working days (I usually respond on the same day).
On days when I’m teaching and finish late, I may respond outside of these hours, but it shouldn’t be expected.
